The Salon Coordinator

I just found out that our receptionist was leaving our company so she could focus on college. She has been with us for nearly three years and has truly been fantastic. As I contemplated replacing her it made me really think about how important your front desk staff is. If your receptionist interacts with 100 people a day, that is over 20,000 people in year. It's easy to fall into the trap of looking for the least expensive person you can find, until you think of 20,000 interactions. Your receptionist may be the most important person in your business. They are often the first contact that a client has with you. It's time to quit looking for the cheapest person available and start looking for the one who can assist you in providing an incredible client experience.
